Creating artwork with mother of pearl was a big challenge. But I couldn’t resist the beauty of their unique color and shininess. There are artworks that consist pearl. Mine had to be different. Decided to create dyed pearls. Adding color on the pearls but keeping their original color at same time. Cut them out into shapes, design them on canvas, making into complete contemporary artwork. I received Korea and US patent for this technique. Combining this great material from nature made my artwork to be stood out and attracts viewers who are eager to see new style of artwork.
